Getting Started On The Amen Regimen

AmenRaDiet.com is a community website started by me, Logan Merrick, to support people on their discovery of the Amen Ra Diet and the integration of the regimen into their lives.

Adopting the Amen Regimen is challenging.

…unless you’ve purchased and read the 600+ pages of dense academic research collated and published as the Age Inhibition Regimen (AIR) by the originator of the Amen Regimen, Dr. Nun Sava-Siva Amen Ra, you’re unlikely to know what to do with it.

Or fully appreciate the complete scope of benefits that the regimen provides.

If you have managed to read through the documentation…it’s hard to know exactly what to do with it all.

The problem with the AIR documentation is:

Although it’s super-detailed and scientifically robust, it’s not prescriptive.

It tells you about the protocol. But it doesn’t tell you what to do.

It’s not a ‘How-To’ document. It’s a collection and dissection of scientific research.

So the ‘How-To’ part is left up to interpretation…

What Should I Expect From Doing The Amen Ra Diet?

The regimen is so vastly different to what we’re accustomed to in the modern world. So it can take time to adjust to.

And as you adjust to the regimen you’ll have a range of experiences.

You’ll feel hungry. That’s a given.

You may feel tired, cranky, even emotional.

And without a doubt…you’ll have questions.

Like:

“Why am I getting cramps?”

“Is it normal to get sweats at night?”

“I’m really, really hungry. Is it OK to break my fast early today?”

“When should I start caloric restriction? How do I know that I’m ready?”

And unfortunately there’s no reliable source for where you can easily find the exact answers you’re looking for.

First of all, let me just say that AmenRaDiet.com is in no way affiliated with the author of AIR (Age Inhibition Regimen). Not at this stage anyway.

Our intention is simple:

To support those who are on the Amen Ra Diet in adopting, maintaining and thriving on the Amen Regimen.

And to do this, we will:

  • Publish easy to read articles to help Amenites understand the various facets of the diet (The Blog)
  • Cultivate a community of like-minded individuals at different stages of adopting the regimen to provide support (Q&A Forum).
  • Develop products or services that can help the individual in their journey on the Amen Regimen (TBA).
