BTS Diet | Kpop Sensation Finally Reveal Their Diets
BTS Jimin reveals on October 30 th while he was on ‘Please Take Care of My Refrigerator’ that he was on a BTS diet. He wanted to look more handsome while dancing to ‘Blood, Sweat & Tears’ practice.
Later on the episode, he revealed, “So when I went on a diet; I only ate a meal a day for 10 days straight.” This is very shocking for the BTS Army. People were very concerned about BTS Jimin’s health. However, Jimin said that the handsome ranking within the group remained exactly the same. LOL
Although the BTS members look pretty healthy and masculine, Jimin and Jin were concerned about their weight. This is a surprise to us because they looked very handsome and healthy.

After Jimin finished talking, Jin started talking he was on a diet too. He said “I’m continuously on a diet. I only eat Two breasts of chicken a day.”
Overall we now know that the BTS members work very hard and deserve what they have achieved up until now. We love all the BTS members and hope they will continue to bring us beautiful music.

This is what BTS Jin ate every day for a whole year. Since they have an upcoming world tour in 2018 and 2019 we hope they will stay healthy forever and be with us. We do not recommend or encourage you to follow the BTS Diet. This diet is very dangerous and very bad for your health.
We recommend you to follow a healthy diet with lots of working out throughout the week. Remember to eat lots of vegetables and fruits.

The first day she woke up and ate too many snacks, she also told us that she was on her period which is really hard for being on a diet. She tried exercising but couldn’t do it.
The second day she didn’t feel well and did some groceries shopping and bought things BTS Jimin would like.
The last day she ate lots of fruits and couldn’t stop eating. She said that she ate too fast and kept eating until she was full. Her stomach started hurting afterward but she didn’t puke. At the end of the day, she stood on here weigh scale and she lost around 9 pounds. She mainly lost fat around her stomach and ribs area.
She also said that she gained the weight in 3 days back. So it wasn’t such a huge deal for her.
BTS V / Taehyung Weight Loss
On a lifestream, BTS V once said: “Don’t be stressed when you’re eating, you won’t gain weight if you’re not stressed.” So he tries not to be stressed when he eats. After that, he said “They say that if you just think happy thoughts while you’re eating, you won’t gain weight. That’s the first thing.”
He continued and said, “It’s important to enjoy your food, If you don’t enjoy it you will gain weight. This is why BTS Suga is on a diet right now”
After a little bit of thinking, he said. “Drink a lot of soup, you won’t gain weight from it.

Is BTS Jimin Still on a Diet?
Most of the Kpop idols are always on a diet when promoting or not. They have to keep their body healthy and fit looking. So every one of BTS has to look good when dancing. So Jimin is probably still on a diet.
BTS keeps promoting their songs or they still have music shows where they have to perform. This keeps BTS on a diet and they have to work out too.
